Has an overall experience of 30+ years.
Has held leadership positions in L&T, and KCP Ltd.
At Samtech, Subbiah is responsible for optimizing operations and ensuring that quality products are delivered on time.
Ajay Srivastava
Design & Marketing – Hydrocarbon Segment
Ajay is an industry veteran In the process equipment segment and has experience of over 30 years.
He has held leadership positions in MNC EPCs like Jacobs and Samsung.
Worked with oil majors & EPC organizations in India and around the world.
Ajay is an expert in process equipment design for oil & gas refinery equipment.
His other areas of expertise are in project management and detailed engineering.
B. Ramachandran
Design Head – Industrial & Aerospace Segment
Ramachandran is a veteran in the Industrial equipment design sector having 30+ years of experience.
He has held leadership position in L&T – Engineering conglomerate and worked with global (Micheline, Continental, Goodyear, Bridgestone,) & Indian tyre companies in developing highly productive process machines.
He is an expert in Equipment design for Defence (Navy, Army, DRDO), Tyre and Mine & Minerals sector.
His other areas of expertise include project management and detailed engineering.
T. Nagarajan
Head of Manufacturing
Nagarajan is a highly experienced professional. He is proficient in Industrial goods, metal manufacturing sector and as well as has significant expertise in engineering, management and operations.
He has held several positions of increasing leadership responsibility at KCP Ltd and Leitwind Shriram.
He lead the Center of Excellence at KCP that was set up to optimize manufacturing processes.
His other areas of expertise include material planning, fixturing and project management.
